However, if an accident does occur, your inflatable bounce house insurance company is there to protect you from liability. In what kinds of situations might an inflatable bounce house insurance company refuse
coverage on a claim?

Should any of our insured customers fail to adhere to specific provisions within the policy underwritten for them, especially those concerning safety provisions, and should an injury or death occur as a result, we may refuse coverage on the claim if the business was a fault and created the liability.

For example, if our inflatable equipment insured has taken all the training courses necessary to safely erect a moon bounce house or a jump house, and yet fails to tether the device down securely and children are hurt as a result, it is very likely that this particular claim will be turned down.

Another example is if our insured fails to get a waiver signed. The waiver is protection against liability and should it not get signed, we would have to investigate whether or not to accept the claim should someone get injured.

It is in everyone’s best interests to protect those that use the party equipment – the kids have a lot of fun in a totally safe environment without an accident, the inflatable equipment renter will see this and want to use your business again in the future, and your special event insurance premiums will stay low and affordable.
Let’s keep the party fun!
